Canal Gestión has reported through its website that several locations in Lanzarote have been without water since Monday night.

In particular, the areas affected by the interruption of the domestic supply are: the town of Haría, Los Valles and the Malecita road in Tahíche, the Peña de San Roque street in Tinajo and the Las Quinzuelas and Barranco roads through La Vegueta-La Asomada in Tías.

According to the company in charge of water management in Lanzarote, these incidents may be caused by breakdowns, low levels in storage tanks or interruptions in the supply "carried out by the electricity company".

Thus, Canal Gestión has also pointed out that "other incidents" caused by minor breakdowns and scheduled maneuvers can also generate "momentary alterations in the supply in specific streets".
