The César Manrique Airport in Lanzarote recorded 750,149 passengers in November, which represents an increase of 0.2% compared to the same month last year, according to data provided by Aena. This is the lowest increase so far this year and follows the 0.3% in September and 0.4% in October.
The airports of the Canary Islands recorded a total of 4,763,209 passengers in November, a **0.4% decrease** compared to the same month in 2024.
Of the total number of travelers registered, 4,743,145 correspond to commercial flight passengers, of which 1,704,358 traveled to/from domestic destinations (2.4% less than in November of last year) and 3,038,787, international (0.9% more than in the same month of 2024).In addition, 42,653 aircraft movements were managed and 2,795 tons of cargo were transported
Gran Canaria Airport registered the highest number of passengers with 1,417,464, representing a 0.7% decrease compared to the same month in 2024.
It is followed by Tenerife Sur Airport, with 1,283,688 passengers (-0.6%); César Manrique-Lanzarote, with 750,149 passengers (+0.2%); Fuerteventura, with 575,421 (-1.7%); Tenerife Norte-Ciudad de La Laguna, with 566,575 (+0.5%); La Palma, with 133,680 (+3.8%); El Hierro, with 25,943 (-2.7%); and La Gomera, with 10,289, a 4.9% increase compared to the same month in 2024.
So far this year, Canary Islands airports have registered 50,026,791 travelers, 4.1% more than in the same period of 2024.
