UD Lanzarote closed the season at the Ciudad Deportiva Lanzarote with a 2-0 victory against UD Ibarra. A match without history, between two teams that were not playing for anything and that only fought to add three points to continue climbing positions in the standings. After a first half without rhythm, the game improved in the second half, a period in which the goals were produced. An own goal by defender Darvi put the match in favor of UD Lanzarote. The Rojillos improved their game in the second half with the presence of Raúl in the wide area of the field.
The coach of UD Lanzarote had to make several changes in the starting eleven before the start of the match. Adrián Martín tested in the warm-up and some discomfort prevented him from participating as planned. Raúl took the position in the center of defense and the cadet player Cheyén was positioned in the center of the field. The call-up was completed by the cadet player Aday.
