I saw a horrifying, chilling, and dark photo of the Copa del Rey final, where, surrounded by political figures, it was like a scene from The Handmaid's Tale, and they were the commanders.
There wasn't a single woman present, and I don't think they even considered it. It's a very concerning image that the head of state, by the grace of God (because I didn't vote for him), is proud of that horrifying photo full of misogynistic testosterone, making it clear that football is only for macho men.
Monarchies understand each other, I think, and in Saudi Arabia, where women have no rights whatsoever and gays are hanged from cranes, this monarchy and representatives of Spanish football have done a disservice and a disgrace to other European countries that do respect the rule of law, human rights, and equality.
Out of decency, human rights, and the dignity of women, they shouldn't have taken the Super Cup out of Spain, let alone to a country that governs through dictatorial terror.
Powerful gentleman, Mr. Money, who even changes ideologies. Characters like Piqué, who considers himself an independentist, stops being one for a moment and is even a monarchist to pull strings with the emeritus Juan Carlos. Curious, very curious.

Some say we shouldn't mix football with politics. Why not? As long as the rights of women, the LGBTQ+ community, and human rights are in danger, that country that commits such barbarity must be condemned by the entire international community, as has been done with Russia.
Do we have a far-right monarchy? I would say yes, since it is surrounded by personalities very close to the far right, and that's why I think it's truly terrifying to think that this image is Spain 2023.
