The meeting that the PSOE had proposed to hold this Thursday with the Canarian Coalition in the Cabildo to discuss governance in Lanzarote has been postponed, although it will be held soon. The socialists had invited the nationalist formation to a meeting, so that it could explain its proposal for a "government of concentration" and its package of ten measures (presented this Thursday to the media) to overcome this institutional crisis, produced as a result of the rupture of the pact between the PSOE and the PIL as a consequence of Operation "Unión".
The members of CC have not been able to attend this event, although they have assured that they will meet with the socialists shortly. For his part, Carlos Espino has shown himself willing to speak with CC, from whom he has valued "his responsible way" of presenting a proposal.
"The PSOE is not going to go with any type of prior positioning to this meeting. We will go to listen and see what can come out of this meeting", Espino has indicated. However, he has qualified that the proposal of the nationalist formation "seems to be very focused towards governance in the Cabildo", despite the fact that, in his opinion, at this moment "everything that has occurred in the whole of the island is of interest".
