The councilor of the Popular Party, Aurora Pérez, presented this noon in the Registry of the Arrecife City Council her resignation to the act of councilor alleging "work reasons". Pérez was the number two on the list presented by the formation in the capital City Council, which was led by Cándido Reguera. Joel Delgado will replace her.
With this new resignation, there are already three registered in the Arrecife City Council this week, although for different reasons and in the ranks of three different parties. First it was Antonio Hernández for his differences with the Party of Independents of Lanzarote, then, this Thursday, the socialist Miguel Ángel Ferrer resigned, abandoning the Department of Culture and Festivities, and on the same day that the news was known, this new resignation was added, now in the PP.
To these casualties in the capital City Council are added others such as that of the socialist Marcos Bergaz, which will become official in the plenary session to be held next Monday, but also those of heads of list such as Isabel Déniz, who after the bad electoral results of the list she headed for CC, abandoned her position in the City Council.
