The Míster Arrecife España beauty and fashion contest will be held in the capital in December, and this year it will feature novelties such as an open registration for all young people in Spain. In addition, the winner of this edition will go directly to one of the most important contests in the world, Míster Europe Euronations.
The Association of Fashion and Art in Lanzarote (AMAL), organizer of the Míster Arrecife contest, has opened the call to the entire national territory due to "the great reception and demand of participants from other islands and the peninsula." The ages for the participants will be between 17 and 30 years old, and each candidate will represent their municipality or city.

"It is a contest that, beyond the search for beauty, seeks people who want to learn and who have a beautiful social project of the municipality or city they represent, culture, knowing how to be," they explain from the organization.
They also point out that every participant admitted to the contest "has the right to compete on equal terms with their competitors in all the acts that the celebration consists of, without any type of discrimination based on size, measurements, weight or physical condition."
Participating in this contest is totally free, and applicants do not have to pay any type of registration fee to participate. Only applicants who are not from Lanzarote will pay for their own personal expenses during the days of the contest, such as lodging and travel. It is expected that the candidates will arrive in Lanzarote on Friday, November 25, to participate in the rehearsals prior to the final gala.
The organization informs that what will be the Final Gala is being configured, where it is planned to celebrate Arrecife at the beginning of December. In addition, we are working to "be able to count on the presence of guest artists at the national level, as well as members of the jury that will have personalities from television and fashion."
"The contest will be one more way to promote the island of Lanzarote and especially the city of Arrecife, since for a week the participants will be carrying out different types of activities, promoting social cohesion and boosting the economy", they assure from the organization.
