Lanzarote has registered three new discharges and has added two more positive cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. However, the island remains with 82 accumulated cases, since two diagnoses by rapid test that were previously counted, have now been confirmed as "false positives".
As for the number of active cases has decreased to 36, since a total of 42 discharges are already counted on the island and four deaths.
The number of people admitted to the Molina Orosa Hospital has been reduced from eleven to nine, with two discharges having occurred on the ward, where four people remain. For their part, five patients continue to be hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit, while there are 27 in home isolation.
This Thursday, a total of 213 samples were analyzed in Lanzarote, although only 68 new patients were tested. The rest of the tests were repetitions or controls. In the control tests of patients already diagnosed, there were 10 that continued to test positive.
