The Cultural Association Casa del Miedo, chaired by Pepe Tabares, along with the bank of the Charco de San Ginés, continues to maintain the authentic traditional spirit of the festivals of yesteryear, offering a varied and extensive program every day. All traditional games are included in the morning and afternoon, with increasing participation from children, young people and adults.

At night, the atmosphere is very lively with performances on the stage where many social and cultural groups from the island have already paraded.

This Friday night it was the turn for the parranda "El Geito" who came from the municipality of Tinajo and is made up of seven members, a brave young woman and six boys.

During the more than 90 minutes that their performance lasted, the public was able to participate by singing and dancing to well-known songs from the Canarian songbook, mixed with some rancheras and cumbias.

For the parranda "El Geito" it was their first performance at the San Ginés festivities and they managed to connect with the public, thus making the bank of the Charco a manifestation of what our popular festivals were and are today, since the Casa del Miedo continues to work so that the traditional spirit continues to be maintained.
