The courtyard of the Timple House-Museum was filled again on the night of Saturday, April 2, with the second concert framed within the "Three Virtuosos of the Sound Camel". On this occasion, it was the Fuerteventura timple player Domingo Rodríguez "El Colorao", accompanied on guitar by Juan Carlos Pérez Brito from La Palma, who gave his best, before the public that gathered in Teguise.

"El Colorao" is part of the line of timple players who most exalt the themes of traditional Canarian folklore, also interspersing some current musical themes in his concerts. This Fuerteventura timple player has taken the timple to the highest levels of music, touring not only the Canary Islands, but also different places in Europe and Latin America.

Before finishing his performance, "El Colorao" invited a great soloist from our island who is part of the family of the Los Campesinos folk group, Sergio Cabrera, to come on stage, who performed two songs giving all his dedication as usual, to which the attending public responded with a warm ovation of applause.

On Sunday morning, Benito Cabrera's performance was scheduled, but the bad weather prevented the concert from taking place. The timple player promised to hold the concert later, as many people came to Teguise to enjoy his music.
