Ka International and Druni are some of the brands that will open a store in the center of Arrecife, as announced this Monday by the mayor, Yonathan de León, in an interview on Radio Lanzarote-Onda Cero.
Druni is a well-known Valencian cosmetics store that will be located in the space previously occupied by Zara, the mayor explained. The company is already in Gran Canaria with two stores and in Tenerife. In addition, De León has reported the opening of the KA International franchise on Fajardo Street. It is a network of stores dedicated to the design and marketing of top quality decoration products.
The mayor has indicated that other stores will open in the future, one of them in a new location next to the Multicines Atlántida and has stressed the importance of the new premises to encourage the commercial area of the capital. "That commerce continues to open and be revitalized and that they commit to opening on Saturdays and Sundays", he revealed.
Yonathan de León also wanted to point out how the progress of the new passenger terminal in the capital is going. "The work on the new passenger terminal is progressing, already awarded to a company," he revealed. "I hope that Arrecife can be a port of embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, that you can also embark to take a cruise," he added.
Finally, the mayor has also explained his commitment to adapting La Recova as a food and restaurant market with the spirit of the San Miguel Market in Madrid.
