The Second Section of the Provincial Court of Las Palmas will judge on March 5 in Gran Canaria a person accused of misappropriation in Lanzarote, for whom the Prosecutor's Office requests his acquittal.

The events date back to March 14, 2018, on this date the Public Prosecutor has argued that "it has not been proven" that there was a private administration contract and management of the tourist exploitation between the accused, who acted on behalf of the company Apartamentos Andorra SL, and the owner of an apartment located in the Guacimeta complex in the municipality of Tías.

The Public Ministry has also not seen proven that the accused was obliged to deliver to the owner the amount of 2,400 euros per semester, and that it is also "not justified" that he has failed to deliver that amount "or any other amount of money".

The Prosecutor's Office has understood that the facts do not constitute any criminal offense and requests a sentence that acquits the accused.
