The state government allocates 3,067 million euros for the period 2021-2023 for the implementation of the 'Digital Kit' Program in order to promote the digitization of SMEs and the self-employed.

The initiative focuses on adopting solutions related to Internet presence, electronic commerce, social network management, digitization of customer relations, business intelligence and analytics, implementation of electronic invoicing, virtual office services and tools, secure communications and cybersecurity.

The services offered with this program will become digitalizing agents, so companies will be able to join, soon, through the electronic headquarters of Red.es, an entity attached to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.

Companies will be able to access different aids in relation to the number of employees. For those with between 10 and 50 employees, the aid is 12,000 euros; those with 3 to 9 employees, 6,000 euros; and 2,000 euros for companies with 3 or fewer employees.

To access these aids, SMEs must comply with the regulations of the General Law on Subsidies and have the Digital Maturity assessment, according to the diagnostic test made available by Acelera pymes -developed by Red.es and framed in the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025, which has a budget of more than 4,000 million euros.
