Informática Lanzarote has closed an agreement for the technical assistance of Bankia's ATM network. The NCR corporation, specialized in solutions for retail and the financial industry, has decided that Informática Lanzarote will be in charge of the maintenance of Bankia's ATMs on the island, "due to its exceptional quality and value of ATM services and support, as well as passbook update devices", as they have highlighted through a statement.
Informática Lanzarote has assured that its technical service is consolidated after this agreement as a "specialist in the treatment of self-service networks, providing coverage to financial institutions, at a time when ATMs have gone from being simple money dispensers to essential elements in customer relationship strategies." Therefore, the maintenance company is required to provide an immediate response that cannot exceed four hours.
Since Informática Lanzarote was founded in 1985, the company has been committed to offering technical service to both private clients and companies, ranging from users of computer and office equipment to owners of ATMs, such as banks and savings banks. Thus, it has assisted, among others, Banco Santander, Banco Sabadell, Caja Rural and Caja Siete.
Informática Lanzarote is also devoting "its efforts to improve the technical department", which includes installations, maintenance, certifications, repairs, configuration of all types of local area networks, VPNs, remote connections of different offices, as well as the maintenance of own and third-party equipment and facilities, and the verification and certification of structured cabling and local area networks.
