He lives in front of the Ramírez Cerdá Park and is fed up with the "pounding" noise of a manhole cover. He has called the sewer service several times, but they still haven't "paid any attention" to him.
This resident of Arrecife indicates that the aforementioned cover is located in front of the new kiosk. "While during the day the traffic is slower, the pounding noise of the cover is quite loud, and at night it is another more painful suffering," says this reader.
"You have to stop sleeping or wake up directly. I have woken up from the noise of the cover, when a car passes over it at high speed," says this resident, who assures that he is startled every time he hears the noise from the sewer.
