According to her, the neighbors of this woman have already filed several complaints, they have even spoken with social workers, the Local Police of Tías, and the mayor. "But nothing happens here, we are still the same," she lamented.
This woman, of German nationality, "lacks water and electricity and has an animal that never sees the street, so the smells stay there," said this neighbor, who insisted that if she throws a party at home and a neighbor is bothered and calls the police, "they come immediately." "But you call about this lady and they don't even bother to come, they tell you that they understand your discomfort but... that you have to put up with it," she denounced.
"I am sure that one day this will explode and the consequences will not be good for anyone. Besides, this lady has two children: why don't they put her at their doorstep?
