A citizen has contacted La Voz to report delays in the issuance of driving licenses by the DGT Office in Lanzarote.
In his case, he claims that he passed the last exam to obtain the A2 license on June 11, but as of June 22, he had not yet received "even the provisional permit until the arrival of the definitive license."
"According to what they tell me at the driving school, there are delays due to the months of confinement that the office was closed, although I wonder what pending procedures there are, since during that period there were no exams and there were practically no sales, transfers or fines," this citizen questions.
