A reader has written to the section "You also make LA VOZ" to make public his complaint about the treatment he has received from the ITV workers in Lanzarote.
"At least twice a year I have to pass the ITV and I am disconcerted by the mistreatment I receive from its employees. One goes to leave their money and fulfill their obligations and they don't even look at you. They never greet you, they treat you with shouts as if one could not hear inside, they get angry if you do not understand them...", Jorge indicates in his letter.
In his opinion, the workers "scrutinize your car with the desire to find something", and asks himself "why do these people treat you like this?"
