A citizen has contacted La Voz to complain about the "queues" that form at the door of the Arrecife Town Hall to access the appointment to register.
The reader criticizes that it is the "fourth time" that she has gone to the Town Hall and leaves without being able to register. "You have to go very early, before eight, and the appointments are counted," she laments. She complains about the system and the number of citizens who come during the morning. This Wednesday "there were at least 20 people waiting," she added.
At the moment when the number of appointments ends, people who do not arrive on time have to return at another time and lose hours of their work. "I don't understand why it can't be done electronically," the woman pointed out.
