A worker at a hotel in Playa Blanca has contacted La Voz to express her discomfort at the amount of food that is thrown away every day.
"It breaks my heart to see how so much freshly made food is thrown away every night with the need that exists. I can't even give it to the employees, when I know that more than one needs it", she says.
This woman believes that "this crime should be stopped by someone" and that it would be easy if the responsibility for these foods was negotiated with the establishments".
