"I agree that there should be rules for using these spaces, but no one can deny that on holidays and vacations, which are not few during the year, those places are not available," says this man.
"I don't think the problem is economic, since in the same way that they have placed those gym equipment along avenues and other spaces, they could also place a simple basket in any of the many places that are in Arrecife," he concludes.
