Great match played by the players of CB San José Obrero against Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi, with the Lanzarote team adding the second victory in the promotion phase to the Women's Silver Honor Division of Handball. The players trained by David Betancort based their game on a very intense defense, not allowing the Catalan team to feel comfortable on the playing field, especially during the first half. Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi reacted in the second half, but San José was more successful.

The 6:0 defense of CB San José Obrero was impenetrable in the first minutes of the match. Melania Cabrera scored the first goal for the Lanzarote team and immediately afterwards the goalkeeper Ailin López stopped a seven-meter shot. The defense-goalkeeper connection was perfect and Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi took more than nine minutes to score their first goal of the match.

Like little ants, the players of San José Obrero were opening the gap in the score. The initial partial was 4-0, with Mireia Yepes scoring the first goal for the Catalans. San José Obrero took advantage of a double exclusion of the rivals, with Emma Sánchez scoring two goals from the left wing, reflecting the score at that moment a 6-1. Melania Cabrera, on the counterattack, made it 7-1, with the Sant Boi coach requesting a time-out.

Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi gradually got into the game. Ana Moya scored two goals after the instructions from the bench, with San José Obrero having one less player due to the exclusion of Milena Cruz. A new partial of 0-2 in favor of the Catalans forced David Betancort to request a time-out (9-5). A first part that concluded with a line play, with goalkeeper Ailín López taking a long shot for Melania's run, and the youth player established the 12 to 6 with which they reached the break.

In the second half, Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi played with a more open defense, which forced the locals to circulate the ball more to avoid the rivals' steals. Vannesa de Ganzo and Esther de Miguel, read the rival defense perfectly, scoring two goals that put the 14 to 7 on the scoreboard. The Titerroy stands rumbled to encourage their team.

As the minutes went by, problems began to appear in attack for San José Obrero and, in addition, the team had lowered its defensive intensity, which allowed the Catalan team to gradually reduce the differences in the score. Verónica Medina's goals put the score at 17 to 16 in the 17th minute, turning on the alarm lights.

San José Obrero reacted again, attacking intelligently and always looking for the best options to overcome Sant Boi's defense. An outside shot from Nabila Harchaouin broke the dynamic, with Esther de Miguel scoring next. Milena Cruz from the wing and a counterattack completed by Acerina Martín, completed the partial of 4-0 to increase the income to five goals (21-16).

The advantage was important but the match had to be closed. The locals suffered a double exclusion, with Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi attacking with two more players to get closer again. With four minutes to go, the Catalans achieved a partial of 0-3, reducing the difference to two goals (21-19). It was necessary to play long, overcoming the pressing defense in the entire court and try to exhaust the remaining time.

Victory by 22 to 19 of CB San José Obrero against Handbol Cooperativa Sant Boi, which allows the Lanzarote team to continue leading the classification of Sector F of the Promotion Phase to the Women's Silver Honor Division.
