The Canary Islands Basketball Federation has already configured the official final lists with the children's and minibasket calls of the autonomous team that will participate this Easter in the Spanish Championship of Autonomous Teams, with the presence of athletes from Lanzarote.

Although in the men's calls there are no players from the island, in the women's calls it is the opposite. In the women's minibasket team, coach José Hernández has decided to leave the Ariagona players Sophie and Danielle Jansen in the call, who will join the team to go to San Fernando in Cádiz.

For his part, Leocadio Pérez, coach of the women's children's team, has decided to call up Carolina Mateo to join the national team that will go to Zaragoza to defend the colors of the Canary Islands team. She will not be the only player from this team with Lanzarote origin since Drágana Balde, a player who last summer signed for Islas Canarias from Ariagona, will also be in the final call.
