On Saturday afternoon, CICAR Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife welcomed Uneatlántico Pereda, with the sole objective of adding the victory and consolidating in the upper area of the Women's Gold Honor Division standings. After a fairly even first half, the San José Obrero women's team staged a majestic second half to defeat the Cantabrians by thirteen goals difference (31-18).
The first minutes of the match were marked by equality, with very few advantages enjoyed by both teams. CICAR Lanzarote Ciudad de Arrecife raised its usual 6:0 defense, not letting Uneatlántico Pereda find gaps for easy shots.
