Radio Lanzarote starts again the space "Polideportivo", which this season will be directed by Domingo Travieso. The program will take place from Monday to Friday from 14.15 to 15.00 hours and, in addition, the matches of the Lanzarote Sports Union will be retransmitted from the Sports City.
But the program will not only focus on football, but will bring together all the sports that take place on the island. "We will mention all sports. We will try to continue with that philosophy, because there are sports that have a lot of acceptance on the island, such as triathlon, basketball, sailing, motor racing, swimming, handball, athletics or the Canarian fight itself. They also like to feel like protagonists", says Domingo Travieso, who will also focus on grassroots sport.
Travieso will have the help of several collaborators to report from a "more accurate point of view". Thus, coaches and athletes will pass through "Polideportivo" to tell their activity in the first person.
There will also be collaborators in the retransmissions from the Sports City. "We even want to give the matches a touch of humor to make them more fun and entertaining", says Travieso. "We want it to be more dynamic and enjoyable", he promises.
This renovated space began on Sunday, with the first retransmission of the Lanzarote Sports Union against Atlético Granadilla.
