The coastal town of Playa Blanca is already prepared to enjoy a night focused on sports next Saturday, November 25, with the Music Race Night. This competition signed this Tuesday more than 350 registered for its foot races in the distances of 1.6 km, five and ten kilometers, with fast and low difficulty routes through the central area of Lanzarote's first tourist center.
The Los Timanfeiros troupe, DJ Alex Osorio and the Kodigo4 group will provide the musical note to a night that promises fun from 7:00 p.m. when the City Council turns on the decoration that will accompany us during the end of the year and Christmas season in a symbolic act next to the Christmas tree on Limones Street.
The organization of the Playa Blanca Music Race Night informs that the registration period ends this Wednesday at 11:00 p.m., so people interested in participating in the event must sign up by clicking on the banner published on the cover of yaiza.es
Bib numbers will be delivered on Thursday, November 23 at the Yaiza Municipal Sports offices (Yaiza Municipal Gymnasium) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday the 24th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the same place.
After the Christmas lighting, the first start, that of 1.6 km, is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. from Avenida Papagayo at the height of Plaza del Carmen, a point that will also host the finish line of the three distances. Then at 8:00 p.m. the runners registered in five kilometers will start and finally those of ten kilometers. The invitation is open to the people of Lanzarote to enjoy a night of much sport and march in Playa Blanca.
