The second of the semifinals will pit the debutant CD Atlético Uga against CD Tinajo on the afternoon of Friday, August 25. The grand final will be played at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, before 7:30 p.m., the losers of the semifinals will fight for third place.
All matches are played at the Agapito Reyes Viera stadium in Altavista.
The system to follow will be the single-match knockout, in case of a tie, the match will go directly to a penalty shootout, 5 shots for each team, in case of a tie, shooting will continue from the penalty spot until one of the teams fails, being eliminated.
In the matches, 6 field players and the goalkeeper may be substituted (the latter only once). Players who are sanctioned with 2 yellow cards or 1 direct red card in the match will be considered disqualified for the rest of the Tournament.
Teams may field players who are awaiting a federative license for the 2006/2007 season, the club being responsible for fielding them in the matches.
