On Saturday afternoon, Movistar Estudiantes was visited, a rival that based its game on great outside shooting by scoring 17 three-pointers throughout the match. The Lanzarote team was only surpassed in the last five minutes, missing out on a reward despite the effort made.

The match began with an overwhelming Movistar Estudiantes and great success in outside shooting. Alan Bedirhanoglu's initial basket was quickly neutralized by the Madrid team, and they scored six three-pointers in this first quarter through Ángel Comendador and Rubén Dominguez to establish 24 to 11. Aloe Plus Lanzarote tightened up on defense in the minutes remaining until the end of the period and achieved a 0-6 partial to reduce the difference to seven points (24-17).

After some initial probing minutes at the start of the second quarter, five consecutive points from Pablo González once again placed the difference in favor of Movistar Estudiantes at the psychological barrier of ten points (32-22). The local team relaxed in defense, which was taken advantage of by Aloe Plus Lanzarote Conejeros to become strong on the rebound, especially in offensive actions to have second and third plays. A three-pointer scored by Javi Herrero tied the game, and the quarter ended with two free throws scored by Jon Ander Cuadra to send the Lanzarote team with a one-point advantage to halftime (45-46).

Movistar Estudiantes once again demonstrated their power in outside shooting, and two three-pointers scored by Pablo Suárez once again put them ahead on the scoreboard (51-50). Aloe Plus Lanzarote Conejeros, despite having only two substitutes on the bench, fought each of the plays and did not lose face in the match. Everything was to be decided at the end of the third quarter, and the scoreboard reflected a tight 72 to 68.

Aloe Plus Lanzarote Conejeros continued to put up a lot of fight against their rival, a despite the attempts of Movistar Estudiantes to put land in between. A three-pointer from Richard Nguema and two baskets from Dani Busto put the Lanzarote team ahead on the scoreboard (79-81) with just over five minutes remaining.

A final five minutes in which the best version of Movistar Estudiantes was seen both in attack and in defense, leaving Aloe Plus Lanzarote Conejeros without a reward for the excellent match they were playing. The Lanzarote team only scored six points in the remaining minutes, and the locals stepped on the accelerator to end up winning by 97 to 87.
