The Tías City Council introduces an additional general registry post in its facilities due to the increase in the number of users who demand administrative procedures. The new general registry service, which is added to the existing one in the central offices of the consistory, is located in the Social Services area.
The Councilor for Citizen Attention, Kalinda Pérez, specifies that this general registry post "is already working and is additional to the existing one, so anyone who needs to process documents with the Tías City Council can do so both in our main building and in the Social Services building".
According to Kalinda Pérez, "we have seen an exponential increase in the volume of residents of Tías who need greater contact with the City Council, especially related to the administrative procedures of a municipality like this. With this service we are responding to a need for direct attention and effective processing".
The facilities of the Social Services building and the dependencies of the main building of the consistory are prepared with protective screens, signage and all the security measures officially regulated to combat the spread of covid-19.
