The PSOE of Teguise, indignant with Cejas, reiterates its threat to go to the Courts if access to urban licenses is not granted

The socialist group of Teguise expressed this Thursday its rejection of the statements made to La Voz by the deputy mayor and councilor of Urban Planning of Teguise, Domingo Cejas, regarding the request made to study the urban licenses processed since 1995. Faced with this request, based according to the socialists on suspicions of possible "favors", the Councilor for Urban Planning of Teguise gave another faster alternative that was based on "asking for the specific licenses subject to suspicion in order not to delay the work of the administration".

The councilors of the PSC-PSOE in Teguise, Noelia Umpierrez and Pedro Martín, do not understand "so much fear of the Councilor for Urban Planning to show the files", and allege that for this reason "the Corporation is not going to be paralyzed more than it has been paralyzed".

In addition, the socialists warn that if the Government Group refuses to grant access to these licenses in the plenary session this Friday, "they will have to do so before the judge." The socialists affirm that the Constitution protects them and that "the Councilor for Urban Planning should worry about the urban disaster that exists in Tahíche, La Graciosa and Caleta de Famara".
