The PSC requests the resignation of Manuel Fajardo Feo and CC calls it stupidity

While the socialists consider that Fajardo Feo "is campaigning" with the visit to the resurfacing works of the Costa Teguise promenade, and request the resignation of the councilor "for ethics and respect for citizens and their intelligence", the nationalists declare that it is "truly laughable" such a request because in their opinion "it seems ironic that the PSC is so unnerved as to ask for such stupidity". This was stated by the president of CC in Lanzarote, Mario Pérez, who considers it "logical" that the councilor visits "works financed by his Ministry".

Pérez does not understand "what does it have to do with a councilor visiting works financed by the Government, which is the most logical thing in the world, with the electoral campaign of one party or another", given the socialist accusation of considering that Fajardo Feo "while presenting projects or inaugurating infrastructures, participates in electoral and propaganda acts of Coalición Canaria".

The head of the CC list to Parliament has also added that "by that rule of three invented by the PSC, the mayor of Tías, a socialist, should also resign, for being mayor and for presenting, also today, a bus line in the municipality", something that he has stated that "obviously CC is not going to do". Before the socialist statement, Pérez declared that the PSC "is so lost that it does nothing but launch absurd press releases", so he said of the socialists that "so much inventing has ended up damaging their true sense of orientation".
