Subsidizing young people who travel to Gran Canaria to participate in the casting of the new edition of the Operación Triunfo television contest. This is the new initiative of the Department of Youth of the Arrecife City Council, which is coordinated by Isabel Pereyra.
The casting will take place on March 12 and young people who meet the following requirements will be able to access this aid: be between 18 and 30 years old, reside in Arrecife and have a relationship with music or have participated in a song festival.
"This initiative is part of the youth culture and creativity program that we are developing from the Department with the aim of supporting young people who have concerns, in this case musical", explains Pereyra.
Those who meet the established requirements must fill out the applications to participate in the subsidies and provide a photocopy of their ID at the Department of Youth (27 El Bartolo Street). The hours for carrying out the procedures are from 08:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. The City Council emphasizes that the places are limited and will be occupied in strict order of registration, from this Thursday until March 5.
