Tender for the contracting of a comprehensive Human Resources Management platform for the Centers

The Art, Culture and Tourism Centers have just published on their website the technical and administrative specifications of the Service contract for the implementation and maintenance of a Comprehensive Solution for Human Resources Management through a simplified open procedure.

The Entity's counselor, Ángel Vázquez, explained that this tool "will offer us the best solutions to organize, modernize and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a key and strategic department in the Entity's organization chart."

Specifically, the Tourist Centers require the acquisition of an application that guarantees appropriate responses to all processes related to the operation of the Entity's Human Resources department, both economic, such as the complete payroll cycle, for example, and personnel administration, among which include attendance control, the employee portal, training and the dashboard, among others.

The tender has an execution period of two years and a budget of 200,000 euros, which will be partially financed through the Canary Islands Development Fund (FDCAN) managed by the vice president and Minister of Public Works of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Jacobo Medina.

Those interested may submit their proposals through the Entity's Electronic Headquarters until 11:59 p.m. on October 17.
