The San Bartolomé City Council clarifies that the Municipal Ordinance Regulating the Ford License, which will allow ford license holders to park in their spaces, is not yet in force.
To avoid possible confusion in relation to this matter, the Council emphasizes that "ford owners cannot yet park in their spaces because the Ordinance is still on public display and will not be in force until it is published in the Official State Gazette."
Similarly, the city council insists that the card or badge that will allow parking will be obtained by submitting a formal request whose requirements can be consulted in the text of the Ordinance itself and on the city council's website.
In this sense, it should be noted that, from the publication of the Ordinance, any natural person who is registered in the home may park the vehicle in the area designated for the ford, after granting the municipal authorization for parking or parking and the corresponding card or badge.
