María Teresa Lorenzo has presented her resignation as councilor of the Canarian Coalition in the Arrecife City Council. She registered the document in the Consistory on Friday of last week, although the news had not yet transpired.
The councilor had experienced health problems that have kept her further away from the City Council in this term. Now she has managed to recover, but has decided to hand over the act for personal reasons.
Once the Plenary takes note of her resignation, the next person on the CC list, Cristina Calero, will take office.
