The mayor of Arrecife, Yonathan de León, has announced on his Facebook profile that the City Council of the capital has approved the urban planning license for a building on Calle Real that will house 16 homes and will have a swimming pool on the roof.

"Arrecife continues to attract investments that generate employment and strengthen the local economy. I have been reporting that there are many projects that are being launched, both in the neighborhoods and in the city center," said de León on the social network.

"Public investments are joined by private investments. I confirm again that Calle Real, and its commercial environment, have a great future. There are several companies that are planning new openings and renovations," he continued.

According to the mayor, the building, which has views of the Charco de San Ginés, will also have commercial premises. He also indicated that "this Thursday more licenses have been granted for buildings with residential homes in Altavista and San Francisco Javier."
