The furniture is already arriving at the Health Center, where the workers are working hard to finish the electricity, telephone and running water installations. Everything must be ready so that on November 25, the Kings of Spain will be the first to enter the new Titerroy Health Center to inaugurate its facilities.
The Government Delegation and Protocol of the Government of the Canary Islands informed, unofficially, the director of the Lanzarote Health Area, Juan Manuel Sosa, of the possibility of including in the busy royal agenda, the visit and inauguration of the new health center. At first, Juan Manuel Sosa hoped to be able to open the doors of the center in mid-December, but "I am trying to put all the means necessary to have it finished by November 25", declared the Director of Health to La Voz, "and there will be time, it will be ready for that day".
If the opening of the center by the Kings does not finally take place, it would be due to agenda problems. Juan Manuel Sosa believes that if Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofía inaugurate it, it will be "a luxury for Arrecife to have a commemorative plaque in the Titerroy Health Center, which is the most popular in the capital".
