Colombians residing in Lanzarote gathered this Tuesday to support their country's compatriots, where the protests against President Iván Duque's tax reform are leaving deaths and hundreds of injuries.
Dozens of Colombians living on the island wanted to meet as if they were "one family" and give "a word of encouragement" to their compatriots. "We are with you Colombia", "For a free Colombia" or "Colombian people, we are with you", are some messages that were read on the banners they carried.
