The new edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide, a reference selection in the hotel and restaurant market, brings good news for the Aromas Yaiza restaurant in Playa Blanca: the self-adhesive sticker that certifies the inclusion of the establishment in the Michelin Guide 2012 selection. In the letter sent by Michael Ellis, director of the publication, to Pedro Santana, owner of the restaurant, he highlights "the desire to facilitate the search for quality establishments for their clients and our readers, and to contribute to making their trips moments of pleasure." The Yaiza City Council congratulates all the staff of Aromas Yaiza for this recognition "which confirms the good work since its opening, seven years ago, and contributes to the positioning of Playa Blanca as a first-class tourist destination."
The selection of Aromas Yaiza, following the regular procedure of the guide, was made after an anonymous visit that assessed the level of services that the restaurant offers to customers. The collegiate inspection considered, among other things, the quality, creativity and care of its dishes. Aromas Yaiza displays a creative menu of Canarian and international cuisine and tasting menus, and also offers wines with designation of origin from various areas of Spain.
The working group responsible for Aromas Yaiza is made up of Roberto Fidalgo Pérez, chef, Francisco Martín Caraballo, maître and Olga Aguado Espino, waitress, staff directed by the chef and owner, Pedro Santana. The Aromas Yaiza restaurant is located at Calle La Laja number 1 in Playa Blanca and the seal that accredits it as a Michelin 2012 establishment is already on its entrance door.
