The screening of the educational community of the IES de Altavista has concluded with two positive cases of Covid, as confirmed by the Lanzarote Health Area.
This screening was carried out on Monday and Tuesday, after coronavirus was detected in the center's wastewater.
This is the third educational center in which screenings have been carried out in recent days, although it is the only one that has yielded positive results. On Saturday and Sunday, a screening was carried out at the IES Zonzamas and last week at the IES de San Bartolomé, but in both cases all the results were negative.
Between the three screenings, a total of 1,789 tests have been carried out, 716 at the IES de San Bartolomé and 379 at the IES de Altavista and the IES Zonzamas respectively.
