The neighborhood of Titerroy celebrated last Saturday the election of Miss and Queen Child of Titerroy, one of the most anticipated events of its festivities in honor of San José Obrero. María del Carmen Jiménez Díaz won the band of Miss Titerroy, while Nadine Duarte Guntel took the title of Queen Child of Titerroy 2014.
Under the direction of the neighborhood association, the gala did not lack the good atmosphere and applause from the public. According to the president of the association, about 800 people followed this gala, which started after 8:00 p.m. with a children's parade and a performance of the play back of the young people of the neighborhood.
After that, came the time of the election gala of Miss Child, in which 10 candidates participated who fought for the title in two passes. The jury chose María del Carmen Jiménez as Miss Titerroy, Rocío Déniz de los Santos as First Lady and Yesenia Cabrera Ramos as Second Lady.
In addition, the jury imposed the band of Queen Child of the Titerroy Festivities to Nadine Duarte Guntel, as First Lady to Gabriela Betancort Herrera, and as Second Lady to Coraima Nolasco Ramos.
Also, Fayna Martín Rodríguez was elected Miss Elegance and Miss Spring was for Judith Cabrera Alonso, while Miss Photogenic went to Tatiana Umabano Méndez. Finally, Nayara Delgado Torres won the award for Miss Congeniality.
