Lanzarote ended another day without new positive cases of coronavirus and having reduced active cases to eleven, with a new discharge this Wednesday.
The island, which has now had 12 consecutive days without new positive cases, remains with 84 accumulated cases, since a total of 68 discharges and five deaths have been recorded since the beginning of the pandemic.
Five people remain admitted to the Molina Orosa Hospital, three on the ward and two in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), while six people are in home isolation.
This Tuesday, 110 samples taken on the island were analyzed, 107 from new patients, all of them giving negative results.
