The municipal tent of La Villa de Teguise, showed off its best finery for the celebration of the "Canarian Tenderete". One more year it brought together the neighbors to enjoy a night where the Canarian traditions were very present with their songs, dances, clothing and gastronomy.

Little by little the neighbors from the different payments of the municipality arrived, who had been invited by the Teguise City Council, which, as in previous years, took care of even the smallest detail so that everyone could enjoy a very special day. From the moment the first musical chords played by the Son del Norte, Los Valles and Los Bonas parrandas arrived from the island of La Palma, the space closest to the stage was filled by the neighbors who, eager for parties, left their seats and started dancing.

Between parranda and parranda, a stop was made so that the La Gran Aldea Folk Group from Teguise could sing and dance the most traditional of Canarian folklore. On a night marked by traditions, a representation of the Esperanza Spínola theater group from Teguise also had its space where Francisco Hernández performed some "Canarian Loas".

After midnight, the very animated neighbors continued participating in the Canarian Tenderete where, apart from singing and dancing, they also tasted Canarian cuisine, such as cheese, sponge cake donuts, pejines, pastries, wine, water and soft drinks to soothe their throats.
