The Government of the Canary Islands and the Canary Islands Health Service have organized a talk-colloquium on euthanasia in Lanzarote, under the title 'Help to die, a new right'. The event, organized after the recent legalization of euthanasia in Spain, will be held next Tuesday, October 26, at 6:00 p.m., at the Arrecife Civic Center.
The event will feature the participation of the president of the Right to Die with Dignity Association, Javier Velasco. In addition, the geriatrician and member of the Lanzarote Healthcare Ethics Committee, Elisa Corujo, and the nurse responsible for Advance Statements of Will, Victoria Castañeyra, will also be present.
The talk-colloquium has the collaboration of the Right to Die with Dignity Association.
