It is undoubtedly, the night of the children, the night of illusion and innocence, and to celebrate it, Arrecife organized a great Cavalcade of Kings. This parade, which is the prelude to the arrival of the Three Wise Men, flooded the promenade with magic, rhythm and lots of color.

The batucada "Villa People" was in charge of opening the parade around six in the afternoon from the Town Hall. Several animation groups, juggling and stilt walkers followed them very closely, eliciting smiles and gestures of surprise from all those who moved to Avenida Marítima.
Immediately afterwards, the three Wise Men rode on the backs of a camel. Smiling, greeting and throwing candies, their Majesties from the East made an appearance in the capital city. Many of the little ones could not contain the nerves and joy of seeing those who leave them gifts every year.
Although that was not all, since the Three Wise Men also brought a large retinue of pages, made up of 23 camels carrying all the gifts that children and adults have requested in their letters to these Majesties.
Kilos and kilos of candies were distributed throughout the promenade. Specifically, the City Council bought 3,000 kilos of candies that were distributed by the Three Wise Men and by the floats that followed them. The first of them was a moon, the second an eagle carrying a letter in its beak and the last a wagon full of coal for all those who have not been as good as they should have been this year.
A whole display of imagination and illusion that delighted all those present. At the end, the Kings received the children in a tent located in front of Playa del Reducto. Afterwards, each one went to their homes to await the arrival of these three Wise Men.
