Once again, the Sustainable Accommodation Group (GAS), integrated in the Lanzarote Island Association of Hotels and Apartments Businessmen, ASOLAN, has delivered this Friday to Cáritas Lanzarote the toys collected in the Christmas campaign "All toys need a child", within the framework of its VII Edition.
The directors and members of ASOLAN were received at the Cáritas headquarters by the coordinators and volunteers of the entity, who will be in charge of distributing the toys among the most disadvantaged families in Lanzarote.
As usual, the business association carried out the delivery of the gifts thanks to the solidarity of the establishments participating in the initiative, their guests and workers, who have participated in it by depositing their donations at the collection points located in the receptions of the hotels integrated in the GAS.
"The objective of this campaign is none other than to contribute our grain of sand to ensure that we fulfill the illusions of the boys and girls who need it most, as well as to raise awareness about the importance of play and its impact on the evolutionary development of minors," said the president of ASOLAN and the Lanzarote Tourist Federation, Susana Pérez.
From ASOLAN more than a hundred toys were delivered to Cáritas Parroquiales, which were collected during the entire month of December, although the campaign will remain open until December 26, and toys can continue to be delivered at the receptions of the establishments integrated in the Sustainable Accommodation Group.

This year the Grupo Martínez Hermanos Foundation has also collaborated in the campaign.
