The journalist Ángeles Blanco has been the presenter of a program about the secrets of the kitchens of the Tourist Centers of Lanzarote. The presenter once again becomes a prescriber of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers in the national market. This time, through the renewed gastronomic proposal of its restaurants.
One of the most recognizable, recognized and best valued faces of the Mediaset group is at the forefront of Planes Gourmet, which can be seen this coming Sunday on Cuatro at 12:00, in which the public will be able to discover the secrets hidden in the kitchens of the Tourist Centers.
Accompanied by the professionals of the Entity's kitchen team, led by the production manager, Román Méndez, Blanco takes an intense trip to the El Diablo restaurant, where she is surprised by the smells and flavors of the dishes cooked in the heat of the volcano. In addition, she has time to discover the popular and delicious sancocho that is prepared in the kitchens of the Casa Museo del Campesino.
Gastronomic ambassador of the island
Blanco will present some of the most symbolic products of the traditional island recipe book in the first of the two programs about the Tourist Centers and Lanzarote planned for this format, which presents tourist destinations based on the variety and richness of their gastronomy. Thus, in this first program, the presenter of Planes Gourmet will immerse herself in the world of Lanzarote wine at the Mirador del Río with the help of the technicians and professionals of the team of the Designation of Origin Vinos de Lanzarote to, in the second, discover the prawns of La Santa or the technique for collecting salt.

The first program of Planes Gourmet in the Tourist Centers can be seen on Cuatro this coming Sunday, at 12:00. The second will be in October, and will revolve around the kitchens of the Restaurant of the Castillo de San José, the Jardín del Cactus and Jameos del Agua, in addition to other dishes from the island.
