An adult from the boat that arrived in Lanzarote on June 4 has tested positive for coronavirus after a second test taken this Friday.
However, the infected child who was also traveling on the same boat has tested negative in the second test.
The active cases on the island therefore remain at three, the two people who are admitted to the Molina Orosa plant and the adult from the boat who is being followed up at home.
In addition to the second samples, samples were taken from another 187 people this Friday, all of which were negative.
The number of accumulated cases amounts to 88. There are 79 people who have been discharged and six who have died since the health crisis began.
