Two men have been injured, one of them seriously, in the collision of a van with a car on the LZ-702, in Femes, municipality of Yaiza. The accident took place at approximately 18:13 hours when the CECOES was alerted.
The Emergency Consortium, two ambulances, one medicalized and another of basic life support, from the SUC and agents of the Civil Guard have traveled to the scene.
The health personnel assisted a man who, at the initial moment of assistance, presented a serious back injury, another man who, at the initial moment of assistance, presented moderate multiple contusions. Both have been transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital. They also attended to a third person who did not need to be referred to a hospital.
The Firefighters have secured the damaged vehicles and extinguished the fire declared in one of them.
