The judge of the Court of Instruction No. 1 and Violence Against Women of Arrecife has ordered the provisional imprisonment without bail of Mor Ndao, for his alleged relationship with the death of a woman in Puerto del Carmen. This is stated in a statement by the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands.
The prisoner has been in the judicial premises throughout the morning of this Friday and has exercised his right not to testify. For his part, the judge has charged him with a crime of homicide.
